"75.05. LICENSING. The licensing provisions of Chapter 61 apply to storage licenses. The commission or administrator may suspend for not more than 60 days or cancel an original or renewal storage license if the commission or administrator determines, after notice and hearing, that the license holder violated a provision of this code or a rule of the commission during the existence of the license or during the immediately preceding license period.Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1347, Sec. 1, eff.
