Statute: 45.01
"45.01. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES. The holder of a storage permit may store liquor in a public bonded warehouse for which a permit has been issued or in a private warehouse owned and operated by the holder.Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 458, ch. 194, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977."
