Statute: 28.08
"28.08. REFILLING CONTAINERS PROHIBITED. No holder of a mixed beverage permit may refill with any substance a container which contained distilled spirits on which the tax prescribed in Section 201.03 of this code has been paid.Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 432, ch. 194, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977."
