Section: Offenses, liabilities, penalties and forfeitures committed or incurred under repealed acts not affected by such repeal

Statute: 26:7-15

Each person engaged in such business shall keep at his place of business a record of each body cremated there, which record shall contain the following information: a. The name, last residence, age, place and date of death; b. The name and address of the nearest of kin or other person who authorized the cremation and the name and address of the funeral director or other person who delivered the body for cremation; c. The date of cremation and the disposition of the ashes of the body. L.1950, c. 256, p. 895, s. 5.
