With respect to the HUD/RESPA, with a single click, The Legal Assistant automatically prepares the HUD-1 Settlement Statement (HUD/RESPA) using the data from your case file greatly reducing the chance of any data inconsistencies.

Calculations are automatically applied including real estate transfer tax, per diem interest, per diem tax credit, and real estate broker fees.

Although the data is automatically populated from the case file, every entry can be manually modified. A history of modifications is built transparently everytime the HUD/RESPA is saved allowing you to easily monitor the progress of the HUD as well as recall retrospective versions.

Distribution of your finished HUD is made simple with The Legal Assistant by allowing you to produce a secure, read-only PDF document which can be e-mailed on to all appropriate parties, be it your client, the attorneys, banks etc with the click of a button.
